Iveda Solutions Inc. (NASDAQ: IVDA) develops AI video intelligence and connected technologies for security, asset tracking and public safety. Its flagship IvedaAI platform works with existing cameras to search footage, recognize license plates, count people and vehicles, and detect selected security events. Its broader portfolio includes connected device management, asset location tools and IvedaAir aerial systems, giving the company several ways to address customer needs across commercial and government markets.

Stronger Margins Offer an Encouraging Financial Signal

Iveda’s latest Form 10-Q shows that gross profit increased approximately 27.4% to $933,770 during the first half of 2026, compared with $732,981 a year earlier. Calculated gross margin improved to approximately 40.7% from 24.4%. Second quarter gross margin reached approximately 54.7%, compared with 29.1%. The first half operating loss narrowed to approximately 6.7% to $1.28 million. These results show Iveda retained more gross profit from each dollar of sales. Revenue, however, declined to $2.30 million from $3.00 million during the first half. Second quarter net loss widened to $793,469 from $564,249. At June 30, cash, restricted cash, and equivalents totaled approximately $4.83 million. Current assets were approximately $6.67 million, against $1.28 million in current liabilities. The figures show progress in margins, alongside an ongoing need to rebuild revenue and reach profitability. Future financing and dilution from outstanding warrants remain considerations.

Strong Business Developments Supporting Iveda’s Growth Potential

A promising product needs a way to reach customers. Iveda’s partnerships with Primion and GlobalMed provide routes into commercial security and government procurement, while IvedaAir introduces another potential source of business.

Reaching European security customers through Primion

IvedaAI is available as a standalone solution through Primion, with deeper integration planned over time. Primion describes its worldwide customer base as approximately 5,000 organizations. For Iveda, the opportunity is to introduce its technology through a partner whose customers already rely on its security systems. Working with existing cameras could make adoption more practical for organizations looking to improve their capabilities while retaining equipment they have already purchased. Primion’s customer relationships provide a foundation from which Iveda can pursue installations, broader adoption and additional business.

Building a government purchasing route through GlobalMed

The GlobalMed partnership makes Iveda Smart Drones available for government ordering through the Defense Logistics Agency’s Tailored Logistics Support contract vehicle. The broader relationship also supports bringing IvedaAI, asset location technology and connected care products to government customers. Government purchasing can be complex. Our view is that working with a partner experienced in that market could help Iveda navigate the process and reach prospective buyers more effectively.

For investors, this provides a commercial development to follow through subsequent orders, deliveries and financial results.

Expanding into aerial intelligence with IvedaAir

IvedaAir extends the company’s portfolio into applications such as public safety, infrastructure surveillance and maritime monitoring. Iveda has reported interest from prospective government users, Fortune 500 defense and aerospace contractors, and commercial organizations. The company also described preparations for an invitation-only flight demonstration in Arizona during fall 2026. These activities give investors concrete milestones to watch. Demonstrations and customer evaluations can help establish where the technology meets operational needs and how those discussions might progress toward pilots and deployments.

More Time to Advance Commercial Plans

Nasdaq has granted Iveda an additional 180 days, through March 1, 2027, to regain minimum bid price compliance. The announcement had no immediate effect on its listing or trading.

Management intends to use this period to support partners, advance customer evaluations and pursue deployments across its technology portfolio.

For investors, this creates an additional window in which to assess business progress. Demonstrations, customer adoption and commercial milestones will help show how effectively Iveda is executing its plans. The company must also address the Nasdaq bid price requirement; the extension does not itself resolve compliance.

Why Investors Should Keep Iveda in Focus

The bullish case depends on turning commercial access into lasting customer relationships.

Established partners can help introduce technology to prospective buyers. Successful installations can demonstrate its value. Repeat purchases can then provide stronger evidence that demand is durable.

That is the progression investors should watch. Specific orders, completed deployments and returning customers would strengthen the case that Iveda’s opportunities are developing into a more substantial business.

For investors comfortable researching speculative companies, Iveda offers identifiable developments to follow. Its investment potential will depend on how consistently management converts those developments into financial results.
